Common questions
How does the approval process work?
Every signup goes through a manual review — typically under 24 hours. For Realtors and Mortgage Professionals we validate your REBGV/REBFV/BCFSA license number. For Builders we verify your business license and GST number. Payment doesn't bypass approval — you pay first, approval follows. If your application is rejected within 7 days we issue a full refund.
What is the Early Access discount?
The first 100 paid subscribers lock in $59/mo Professional or $119/mo Premium for exactly 24 months from their signup date. After 24 months billing automatically reverts to standard pricing ($79/$149) — no action needed. Early Access pricing is our way of rewarding the first cohort who build with us.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account portal at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days — monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing is 10× the monthly price — effectively 2 months free. For example, Realtor Professional: $79/month × 10 = $790/year instead of $948. For Early Access: $59 × 10 = $590/year. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Is data shared between Realtors?
Never. Your CMA uploads and uploaded comparables are strictly isolated to your account. Wynston's feasibility and Outlook data (sales, rental, permit data) is platform-wide — your uploaded client data is yours alone and is never aggregated or shared.
Do you cover cities beyond Vancouver?
Vancouver is live. Surrey and Burnaby are in development — expect launches in late 2026. All other Metro Vancouver cities follow in sequence. Subscribers are notified when their city goes live.
