Yes. Wynston W.I.N is a professional platform. Realtors must have a valid RECBC license number. Mortgage Professionals must have a BCFSA license number. Builders must have a BC Housing registration number. Credentials are verified by the Wynston team within 1 business day before your account is approved.
Free tier gives you Plex Map access at neighbourhood-level resolution, a locked directory listing (so clients can find you), and basic neighbourhood statistics. Parcel-level data, feasibility pro formas, PDF reports, Wynston Outlook forecasts, and saved searches are Professional and Premium features.
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard — no penalties, no phone calls. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. Early Access subscribers retain their locked rate for 24 months but can still cancel before then.
After you submit your application, the Wynston team manually verifies your license or registration number against the relevant registry (RECBC, BCFSA, or BC Housing HPO). This takes up to 1 business day. You'll receive an approval email with login instructions once verified. Paid subscribers are approved before their first billing cycle begins.
Mortgage Pro Sponsorship — territory-exclusive placement, branded financing slots, and lead routing from Builder projects in your area — is planned for Q1 2027 after the BC mortgage compliance review is complete.
