Summit View is a specialized, high-elevation residential pocket in North Coquitlam. Often grouped with the broader Westwood Plateau or Burke Mountain developments, it is actually one of Coquitlam's smallest and most exclusive sub-areas. It winds its way up the side of the mountain between Scott Creek and Eagle Creek, offering a "mountainside getaway" feel while remaining surprisingly close to the city's urban core.
