Cypress (often categorized as Cypress Park or Cypress Park Estates) is a high-elevation, luxury neighborhood in West Vancouver, situated above the Upper Levels Highway on the slopes of Hollyburn Mountain. It is a neighborhood in transition, moving from a quiet enclave of large detached estates to a more diverse "mountain village" as the massive Cypress Village development takes shape.
